Returns

Due to the nature of our personal care and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.

Unused, unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Because our products contain natural ingredients and essential oils, individual sensitivities may occur.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchasing. Refunds cannot be issued for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

If you have questions about ingredients before ordering, we are always happy to help.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first. We are happy to assist you in filing a claim when possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days after your refund has been processed for it to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already begun processing or have shipped cannot be canceled.
