Processing Time

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.

During holidays, special events, markets, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship through trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking email.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is available, you'll receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:

• Check around your property.

• Ask neighbors or household members.

• Contact the shipping carrier.

If you still need assistance, please reach out and we'll gladly help however we can.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged package

• Photos of the damaged product

We'll work with you to make it right.
